Chapter 7: Prohibition and invalidity of Shighar Marriage
باب تَحْرِيمِ نِكَاحِ الشِّغَارِ وَبُطْلاَنِهِ
Sahih Muslim 1415 d
Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as having said
There is no Shighar in islam.وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ شِغَارَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ " .
